The river is still flowing a little above normal. Some sections are easy and safe to
wade, and others aren't. The headwaters are in good shape with lots of smaller
trout being caught. All sections are turning out trout to some extent. There are still
some nice hatches taking place.
7 Day Weather Forecast: There is a chance of rain through Monday and
Wednesday through Friday. Highs will range from 75 to 78 degrees and lows from
41 to 45 degrees.

Brown Sculpin and White Belly Sculpin, size 6

Strategies, Techniques and Tips:
The Brown Sculpin and White Belly Sculpin streamers are good flies to use for the
Western Green drakes are hatching.
Pale Morning duns are hatching.
Little Yellow stoneflies are hatching. .
Green Sedge caddis are hatching. Spotted Sedge caddis are hatching.
Terrestrials may be important at times - Carpenter ants, Japanese Beetles and Hoppers.
