The stream flows and levels are running at a normal level and the river is in
good shape in all respects. The levels are okay to wade in a few places and
drift boats should be able to fish with very good success..

Highs will range from 84 to 94 degrees and lows from 49 to 54 degrees.

Blue-winged Olives: size 16/18, nymph, emergers, duns and spinners
Midges: Blood (Red), sizes 20/22, larva, pupa and adults
Midges: Light Green, size 20/22, larva, pupa and adults

Strategies, Techniques and Tips:
The White Belly and Brown Sculpin streamers are good flies to use for the larger size
trout. The Black Matuka and Olive Matuka sculpin streamers are also good flies to use
for the larger fish.
Midges, cream, light green and red or blood midges are plentiful. Fish the larva and
pupa in tandem.
Blue Winged Olives hatch on warm, cloudy days.
Little Yellow stoneflies are hatching.
Small Western Green Drakes called Flavs are hatching.
Spotted Sedges are hatching.
Terrestrials like Carpenter ants, Japanese beetles and hoppers are working.
