The river is running a little high from recent rain, but safe to wade with caution
in most areas. All sections of the river are turning out some good numbers of of
trout. There are still plenty of hatches taking place. Both Canyons and Deckers
area are in good shape at this time.
7 Day Weather Forecast: There is a chance of rain everyday for the coming
week through Tuesday. Highs will range from 79 to 83 and lows from 54 to 57
Recommended Trout Flies:
Brown Sculpin and White Belly Sculpin, size 6
Scuds, size 14 (some areas)
Blue-winged Olives, size 20, 18 nymphs, emergers, duns and spinners
Spotted Sedge (caddisflies), size 14/16, larva, pupa and adults
