The water is getting warmer and we are getting reports of small Blue-winged olives
and lots of midges hatching. There are still plenty of Winter stoneflies showing up.
We did get one good report from an angler fishing this past week. He caught a few
with one that went inches.

Strategies, Techniques and Tips:
Our Brown Sculpin and White Belly sculpin are great flies for the entire fall and winter seasons.
The Olive Matuka Sculpin and Black Matuka Sculpin are good flies to use at this time.
Scuds are available for the trout to eat year-round. So are sowbugs.
Winter stoneflies are starting to hatch.
Midges are hatching. Fish the larva and pupa in tandem for the best results.
