The river is in good shape. The weather is getting colder and so is the water.
The water temperature is averaging in the mid-forties. Big trout are moving
out of the lake upstream.

Various species of Blue-winged Olives nymphs are still very plentiful. Some of them are
bi-brooded and will be hatching again soon.
Scuds are available for the trout to eat year-round.
Brown Sculpin and White Belly Sculpin are great choices for early and late fishing.
Spotted sedges are hatching.
Midges are hatching.
