Fishing Report - West Branch Ausable River, New York

The stream levels are up just a little but it is still safe to wade most places if you use
caution. There are lots of insects hatching and good numbers of trout being caught
by our customers. We have received two good reports from this past week. All
sections of the river are in pretty good shape.
7 Day Weather Forecast: There is a chance of rain everyday through Wednesday
and again Friday. Highs will range from 58 to 69 and lows from 45 to 53 degrees.

Our Brown Sculpin and White Belly sculpin are great flies for the entire fall and winter seasons.
The Olive Matuka Sculpin and Black Matuka Sculpin are good flies to use at this time.
