Perfect Fly Northern Pike and Muskie Flies For Fly Anglers

These flies must be able to handle the sharp teeth of northern pike
and muskie and resemble the food that they eat in at least a
simi-realistic manner. The pike is one of the easiest to catch fish
there is. It is a voracious predator. You don't have to be as picky in
selecting a fly to match a natural bait as with many other species
but you do have to select a fly that will withstand the harsh
treatment of its teeth.
The Muskellunge is one of the largest and most elusive fish that
swims in freshwater. You not only need a fly that withstands the
bites without tearing up, you also need one that imitates a real, live
bait fairly accurately.
